I placed an order for cabinet pulls in October, got a will ship date for November, two more will ship dates in December, and finally, in January recieved my order. That's way to long.

Also, when I placed my order in October my credit card was charged. I don't want to be charged for an order until that order ships.

Excellent product, but frustrating length of time waiting for back order to arrive.

I had a furniture piece with 3 1/2-inch drill holes and 4-inch drill holes and had a hard time finding handles that closely matched in appearance. I found nothing in the usual hardware stores and was quite pleased that I stumbled across this site. The Belwith handles (PW355-3 with the 4-inch drill holes and PW354-3 with the 3.5-inch drill holes) did not disappoint, breathed new, contemporary life into an old piece, and the price was quite reasonable.
